​Admaius Capital Partners (“Admaius”), an Africa-focused private equity investor, has retained Afaya Partners as strategic advisor in the acquisition process of the St. Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine. The medical school, commonly known as ‘St. Christopher’, was founded in 2003 and is located in Dakar, Senegal. It currently educates more than 2,500 medical doctors, dentists and pharmacists.

Afaya Partners will also support Admaius in its value creation plan, which aims to enhance educational standards and practical training, improve facilities, and launch a comprehensive digital transformation of St. Christopher to leverage new technologies and improve students experience and educational outcomes.
